Connecting Accounts
Meta (Facebook + Instagram):
- Go to Settings → Integrations → Social Accounts
- Click "Connect Meta"
- Log in to Facebook and approve permissions
- Select the Facebook Page you want to connect
LinkedIn:
- Go to Settings → Integrations → Social Accounts
- Click "Connect LinkedIn"
- Log in to LinkedIn and approve permissions
- Select the Company Page you want to connect
Review Management
Connect your TripAdvisor and Google Business Profile accounts to manage review responses directly from Spinlink.

Connecting Accounts
TripAdvisor:
- Go to Settings → Integrations → Review Platforms
- Click "Connect TripAdvisor"
- Enter your TripAdvisor Management Center credentials
- Select the property you want to connect
Google Business Profile:
- Go to Settings → Integrations → Review Platforms
- Click "Connect Google Business Profile"
- Log in to Google and approve permissions
- Select the business location you want to connect
How It Works
Once connected, Spinlink automatically pulls new reviews, detects topics mentioned, and generates responses that match your brand voice and include keywords from your visibility opportunities.
Generation
Spinlink generates the response based on your Brand Kit and visibility opportunities.
Review
You review and edit if needed.
Approve
You approve the final response.
Publish
Post directly to TripAdvisor or Google from Spinlink.
Nothing is ever published without your explicit approval.
Disconnecting
To disconnect an account, go to Settings → Integrations → Review Platforms and click “Disconnect”. Access is revoked immediately.
Troubleshooting
Connection expired
OAuth tokens typically last 60 days and are auto-refreshed. If a connection shows as expired, reconnect from Settings → Social Accounts.
Instagram not appearing
Ensure your Instagram account is a Business account and is linked to your Facebook Page in Meta Business Suite.
